About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead professional development initiatives to empower nursing staff.
  • Contribute to curriculum design to support quality care outcomes through clinical education.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to influence positive cultural change and improve patient outcomes in geriatric and community-based care.

About You

">
  • You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, leadership, and service improvement in aged care and community health.
  • Current registration as a Nurse with the relevant Board is required.
  • Minimum three years post-registration experience and demonstrated education leadership capability.
  • Proven ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate nursing education programs in clinical settings.
