As a full-time Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our community clinic. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative healthcare environment.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Assisting with the coordination and implementation of preventive health programs
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centred care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current AHPRA registration
