We are seeking an Enforcement Investigator to contribute to investigations of suspected misconduct and obtain enforcement outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in varied, interesting, and impactful work.

You will work as part of multi-disciplinary enforcement teams, engaging in investigation planning and discussions about scope and strategy. You will employ a range of evidence gathering techniques, including interviewing witnesses, taking witness statements, preparing affidavits, participating in the execution of search warrants, conducting compulsory examinations, and issuing compulsory notices.

You will utilise our evidence management technology and other systems to derive insights from data, information, and documents. You will contribute to the preparation and compilation of criminal, civil, and administrative briefs and provide support to any proceedings in State or Federal Courts.

About This Role

This is an entry-level role with opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation. We welcome candidates with transferrable experience from law enforcement, forensic accounting, insolvency, intelligence, data, and other relevant industries.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in commerce, finance, business, criminology, or another related discipline.
  • Comfortable working with large and complex information, or data sets, using evidence management software, investigative strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess an inquisitive and analytical mindset and be comfortable working in a changing environment.
