About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in maintaining project momentum, coordinating efforts across the program, and ensuring that the transition is executed effectively and efficiently.

You will have the chance to collaborate with the Senior Project Manager in preparing for governance meetings, support the development of project status reports and dashboards, and drive communication and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project schedules and track progress across all workstreams, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Engage with workstream leads, monitor project health, identify risks and issues, and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to build integrated project schedules and oversee day-to-day project management.
  • Track and report on overall project health, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally within large-scale transformation or transition programs.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Proven expertise in project governance and reporting, including development of project status reports and dashboards.
  • Strong risk and issue management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in complex implementation projects.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data-driven insights to inform project decisions.
Salary Information

The hourly rate for this position is $1,084 per day, inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. The Brisbane CBD location offers flexibility to work from home two days a week.
