Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, with opportunities to expand into light trucks.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service. A solution-focused mindset, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs are essential.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
  • Gather and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle range
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing personalized advice and support
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate vehicle listings on automotive retail websites
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
