Visionary Video Content Creator

As a key member of our Creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of our brand. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact video content that resonates with our audience.
Our ideal candidate is a creative visionary who is adept at crafting engaging stories that inspire and captivate viewers. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative storytelling.
In this role, you will work closely with our writers, art directors, photographers, and marketers to develop and execute video campaigns that showcase our brand's unique personality and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in video production, preferably in an agency or studio setting
- Pro-level skills in shooting, editing (Premiere, Da Vinci or Final Cut), lighting, and color grading
- The ability to switch between hi-fi cinematic and lo-fi social creation, comfortable operating larger camera rigs versus handheld iPhones
- Experience in advertising and creating videos that grab attention, whether it's a 6-second bumper or 30-second TVC
- An appreciation of product design and a willingness to geek out on how even mundane things can be made interesting through storytelling
- A clear perspective on how AI can elevate or streamline your work
- A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude that turns roadblocks into creative challenges
- Bonus points if you have skills in motion or title design
