Hotel Room Attendant

We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team as Hotel Room Attendants. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

About the Role:

  • Clean guest rooms to the highest standards, following a strict checklist to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation
  • E nsure all rooms are fully stocked with guest amenities, including linens, toiletries, and refreshments
  • Report maintenance requirements in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime
  • Maintain all equipment correctly to prevent damage and ensure efficient operation
  • Follow health and safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for ourselves and our guests

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Availability to work up to 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation, ensuring every room meets our high standards
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role, lifting, carrying, moving trolleys, and using stairs
  • Experience in housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not essential
