Customer Engagement Automation Strategist

Austin Group is seeking a Customer Engagement Automation Strategist to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth through innovative automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows and campaigns within the CRM system aligned with the customer lifecycle
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns to drive customer growth through retention-focused campaigns
  • Test, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure high performance and ROI
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for customer segmentation
  • Report on key metrics such as open rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value
  • Provide insights to improve campaigns and recommend new automation opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and IT teams to align strategies with business goals
  • Train internal teams on CRM best practices and automation tools
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain the efficiency of CRM workflows
Requirements
  • Experience working with retail loyalty programs
  • 3-5 years in CRM automation and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Emarsys, Klaviyo)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and multi-channel marketing
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data imports/exports, and CRM customization
  • Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM reporting tools) to assess automation effectiveness
  • Experience with A/B testing, multi-channel marketing strategies, and advanced segmentation techniques
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, sales funnels, and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management automation
