Senior Accountant Business Services

This is an exceptional career opportunity to work with a reputable boutique business services firm in Parramatta and to advance your career without having to commute into the city.

We are seeking a Senior Accountant - Business Services to join our team. As a senior, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and controlling daily assignments (ensuring staff are aware of their responsibilities, allocating work, reviewing work, coordinating workflow to ensure maximum outcomes, mentoring and training staff, meeting with clients and engaging with various stakeholders)
  • Working on technical assignments as instructed by directors

You must have prior business services and client-facing experience. You will have 3-5 years current and relevant experience in an Australian public practice.

You will possess excellent customer service skills and be proficient in producing financial statements for companies. You will be able to take work from start to finish as a compliant piece of work, partnerships, and trusts. You will also have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

You will be proficient with technology and be able to utilize Xero and MYOB as your accounting software tools.

You will take ownership and pride in the work and tasks that you complete. You will be degree qualified and be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
