Senior Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with clients across various sectors, helping them define their strategy and deliver complex change.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and delivering transformation programmes, managing technology-enabled change, and defining business cases for new services or ways of working.

You will have a passion for government and improving outcomes for citizens. You will understand how Australian Commonwealth and State Governments operate and have demonstrable management consulting experience in several areas, including Technology enabled Transformation, Digital and Data, Project Delivery, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience, Strategy and Policy.

Beyond your technical expertise, you will be a collaborative team player who can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, preferably in the government and public sector

  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service
