We are passionate about supporting governments through policy execution, project delivery, operational excellence, digital data and technology, public sector transformation, and strategy.

  • Lead and deliver transformation programs that improve citizen and employee outcomes.
  • Help clients through the management and assurance of all stages of technology-enabled change.
  • Define and secure business cases and funding for new services or ways of working.
  • Assess and model the operational impact of new policies.
  • Co-design blueprints and operating models for new or transitioning parts of government.
  • Develop service delivery models for government agencies.
  • Optimise front and back-office processes across government.
  • Bring and embed industry best practice into government.
  • Create commercial strategies and execute complex procurements.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Passionate about government and improving outcomes for citizens.
  • Understand how Australian Commonwealth and State Governments operate.
  • Understand government sectors including Central Government, Health, Justice & Social Services, Transport, Education, National Security & Defence, Sustainability and Climate.
  • Demonstrable management consulting experience in several capabilities: Technology enabled Transformation, Digital and Data, Project Delivery, Operational Excellence, Customer Experience, Strategy and Policy.
