Key Role: Chef De Partie

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to fill the position of Chef De Partie in our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques in accordance with established recipes and procedures.

This role requires close collaboration with the Head Chef to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently, and that the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Main responsibilities include ensuring food meets hotel standards, working effectively with the kitchen brigade to maintain high standards, and striving for innovative, quality food presented and served in the most complimentary way.

Additional requirements include a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a kitchen environment, ability to demonstrate creativity and flair in menu and meal design, and leadership skills to maintain a cohesive kitchen team.
