We provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences at the Zoo. From café kitchens to catered events, you'll craft unforgettable dishes, showcasing creativity and leadership.

The Role:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Contribute to menu planning and execution.
  • Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent presentation and portioning.
  • Train staff and step in for the Executive Chef when needed.

The Candidate:

  • Prior experience as a Sous Chef or senior role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, and passion for sustainability and local produce.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to act with integrity, honesty, and fairness towards colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
