Marketing Manager

Location: Macquarie Park, NSW

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Catholic Healthcare, a prominent not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional aged care services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth within our Home & Communities division, establishing our brand as a preferred aged care provider in a competitive market.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Manage campaign execution, including the creation of marketing materials and process enhancements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and improve customer journey experiences.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the aged care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experience in demand generation, lead acquisition, and brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and analytics software.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing budgets effectively.
