Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Bunbury, WA. As a key member of our support services team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring seamless communication and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class support to clients and customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage reception duties, including answering and responding to high volumes of calls and emails
  • Process transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
  • Private client invoicing and petty cash management
  • General administration tasks, including data entry and document preparation
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of resilience
  • Autonomy and teamwork skills
  • Background in customer service or a related field
  • High attention to detail and initiative
