In this Graduate Sustainability Consultant role based in Brisbane, you'll join a team specializing in designing some of Australia's most exciting construction projects. As part of our Graduate Program, you'll develop your knowledge and skills while working under the guidance of experienced staff across multiple offices.
You'll perform critical sustainability assessments, microclimate analysis, computational simulations, manage green building certifications, develop strategies for water conservation, drive reductions in upfront emissions, transportation, conduct energy audits, and other related duties.
You'll work across various sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Residential, with opportunities to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy over time as we support the development of your professional skills.
The Skills You'll BringYou'll be educated to degree level in Engineering, the Built Environment, or a related area, with exposure to relevant skills in an academic or professional setting. Excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
You'll ideally have knowledge of ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC, and a passion for creative and intuitive design. Experience with energy modeling software and parametric modeling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo) are viewed positively but not essential.
