
Hardware Maintenance Technician

The role of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide high-level technical support and maintenance services for the club's hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems, including phones, CCTV equipment, advertising displays, PCs, printers, photocopiers, tablets, audio visual and sound equipment, and projectors.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software, checking system logs, and running diagnostic tests.
- Provide ongoing technical support to users via online and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist with the evaluation, testing, and installation of new hardware and software.
- Maintain system security by ensuring that all software and systems are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
