Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our Commercial Litigation team, based in Melbourne. You will work alongside our market leading partners on a range of high profile and complex insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation matters.

You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and conduct of cases, as well as providing support to senior lawyers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and conduct of cases;
  • Providing support to senior lawyers;
  • Conducting research and analysis on legal issues;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
  • Contributing to the development of business strategies and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm. They will have demonstrated experience in insolvency disputes and a keen interest to develop their career in this space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial law firm;
  • Demonstrated experience in insolvency disputes;
