Job Title: Scaffold Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffold Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of scaffolding projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities across multiple sites. You will work closely with our project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate scaffold design, procurement, and installation
  • Develop and implement scaffold safety plans and procedures
  • Monitor and report on scaffold performance and any issues or defects
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, tests, and certifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in scaffolding coordination or a related field
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Autodesk software
  • Valid high-risk work license and working at heights certification
