Opportunity

St George Christian School invites applications from passionate and experienced education leaders for the position of Curriculum and Pedagogy Director across Middle and Senior School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the continuous improvement of curriculum design, pedagogical strategies, and assessment methods, ensuring alignment with whole-school pedagogical frameworks.
  • Hold a position of responsibility, overseeing curriculum development and pedagogical leadership.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to achieve goals and improve student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher in Education.
  • Extensive experience in curriculum design and pedagogical leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of whole-school pedagogical frameworks such as 4 C, Inquiry, and Reggio Emilia philosophy.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals through collaboration and teamwork.
  • A personal commitment to our school's vision, mission, and values.
