Experian is seeking a skilled Presales Consultant to join our Data Quality team in ANZ. This exciting role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences during the acquisition and onboarding stages of our Data Quality software and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver compelling sales pitches, leveraging technical expertise to develop value propositions and serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Utilize excellent questioning and analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions, and track business and technical requirements.
- Establish strong communication and engagement with prospects, showcasing presentation skills in workshops and demonstrations.
- Solve technical problems and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the commercial and technical viability of proposed solutions.
- Approximately 3 or more years of experience in presales or sales engineering.
- Experience working with technology to tell a story that supports a business strategy.
- Understanding of complex data flows through enterprise-grade solutions.
- Experience with Data Quality projects, including data manipulation and elements of cleansing, standardisation, validation, de-duplication, migration, auditing, and analysis.
- Exposure to Data Quality and Profiling tools such as Informatica, SAP, Trillium, SAS DataFlux, or Talend.
- Experience with cloud hosting services concepts either AWS/Azure/GCP.
