Job Title

As a Learning Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our global operations team members unlock their potential and achieve success every day.

  • Create, implement, and facilitate blended learning programs for our global operations team members.
  • Translate complex concepts and technical information into engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience team to deliver training and resources.
  • Attend Subject Matter Expert (SME) meetings to determine future learning requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in visual instructional design and facilitation.
  • Previous experience using Articulate 360 and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
  • A creative approach to instructional design and facilitation.
