Financial Services Coordinator

The primary role of the Financial Services Coordinator is to support the delivery of high-quality financial services to corporate clients. This involves working as part of a collaborative team to achieve seamless service delivery, while prioritizing work and managing deadlines effectively.
The Financial Services Coordinator will be responsible for preparing client documentation, including renewal questionnaires, reports, manuals, and invoices. Additionally, they will issue client certificates of placement, policy wordings, and certificates of currency, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across various systems and databases is also an essential aspect of this role. The successful candidate will contribute to special projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
In terms of key requirements, the ideal candidate will possess sound oral and written communication skills, with excellent report writing and correspondence abilities. They must also prioritize work effectively, manage deadlines, and work under pressure, while demonstrating credibility and trust-building skills within the team.
Ambition and drive are essential for success in this role, and prior experience in financial lines is highly regarded but not mandatory.
