Financial Services Coordinator Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Support the accounting team with end-of-month and end-of-year processes
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare bank reconciliations
Requirements
  • Qualification in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
