Job Title: Lead Casework Supervisor

About the Role

This is an ongoing and temporary opportunity to lead a team of caseworkers in providing coordinated services to vulnerable children, young people, and families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of caseworkers to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborate with NSW Police and NSW Health to ensure effective coordination of services
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet program objectives
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Welfare or a related field
  • Experience leading teams in complex and challenging situations
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in practice
  • Valid driver's license
  • National Criminal History Record Check
  • Working with Children Check clearance
