Content Governance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Content Governance Manager to lead the redesign and implementation of enterprise-wide content governance.

This is a permanent opportunity open for Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane location. As a Content Governance Manager, you will ensure that content is accurate, consistent, current, legally compliant, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content governance, compliance, and regulatory roles, or content quality assurance. They should have experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments.

Key responsibilities include leading the redesign of content governance frameworks, defining and implementing guidelines for content creation, publication, and review, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing comprehensive content governance frameworks.

Additional responsibilities include working with stakeholders to ensure content approvals align with business requirements and industry regulations, uplifting processes, leading CMS improvements and workflow optimisations, identifying and escalating content-related risks, and maintaining visibility over content approval processes.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail. Experience working in an agile delivery environment and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in the health insurance sector are highly desirable.

Qualifications:
  • Strong background in content governance, compliance, and regulatory roles, or content quality assurance
  • Demonstrated experience creating and embedding governance frameworks and policies in highly regulated environments
  • Experience with CMS (Sitecore), and content approval and governance tools
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience or certification working in an agile delivery environment
