Leadership Team Member - Drafting

Job Summary:

As a member of our drafting leadership team, you will work across various projects, overseeing the allocation of team workflow and coordinating drafting resources.

  • Oversee documentation of all stages of working drawings
  • Ensure the drafting team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality control standards
  • Manage workflow and resources effectively

Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an experienced draftsperson with expertise in Archicad and excellent people leadership skills.

  • Tertiary drafting or relevant design qualification
  • Extensive experience as an ArchiCad draftsperson
  • Ability to deliver high-quality documentation under tight deadlines
