About the RoleThis position requires a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial business partnering and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring functional outcomes and financial performance indicators to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Preparing and presenting reports that deliver actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions that enhance business performance.
- Collaborating across teams to align finance and operational objectives.
We seek a motivated and experienced finance professional who possesses:
- A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline.
- Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA).
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating across disciplines to drive business performance.
