Lead Clinical Manager for Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and skilled clinical manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality care services to residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the clinical and care staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and experiences. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that align with our organization's values and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective clinical management strategies to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to clinical and care staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the residential aged care manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture that promotes resident-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in nursing or related field and current registration with AHPRA.
  • Proven experience in clinical management, preferably in aged care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Current driver's license and national police clearance.
