About the Role
Ampersand International is seeking a skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join their People team. This is a contract role until the end of the year, with an ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of operating model communications plans, consolidating feedback and capturing change management information for impact assessment.
- Coordinate and schedule stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
- Identify and migrate content from the People playbook to a new SharePoint site, ensuring seamless transition.
- Develop and create key communications materials, including notes, workvivo posts, and briefing packs, in collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in internal communications and change communications, with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective internal communications.
- At least 4 years' experience in Communications, Journalism, Corporate Affairs, or a similar discipline, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
