We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team at a Global leader in Green Waste Management.

Key Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must have experience operating heavy machinery
  • Minimum of 2 years operating experience - excavators, loaders, Material handlers an advantage.
  • Ability to take instruction and coordinate work activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in recycling industry is desirable
  • Must be able to work autonomously

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily machine pre-start checks/ report of faults and damages.
  • Liaise with site manager to review daily operational requirements.
  • Operate heavy plant and machinery in a waste collection environment - including but not limited to front end loaders and excavators.
  • Follow direction, establish work priorities, and meet targeted deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with other internal staff to create efficient and safe processes.
