Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in soft accessories and product construction to lead quality assurance across our soft accessories category.

This role involves managing quality processes with local suppliers, investigating and resolving product quality and safety complaints, and providing technical support to the design team.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality processes: Ensure compliance with standards by resolving inspection failures and escalated customer complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve product quality and safety complaints: Conduct store audits and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Provide technical support: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues related to accessories.
  • Support product development: Collaborate with buying and design teams to ensure product construction, safety, and quality standards are met during development.
  • Ensure compliance and safety: Stay updated on regulatory changes and coordinate training with compliance teams and third-party partners.
  • Conduct benchmarking and audits: Spot-check websites to ensure accurate product representation.
  • Document and manage systems: Provide feedback on samples, manage approvals/rejections in PLM/GBSS, and advise on hangers/hangtags as needed.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery across the critical path.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of working in quality assurance and compliance, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with PLM systems.
