Our organisation delivers Employment Services Programs from over 400 sites nationally, empowering individuals with an injury, illness, or disability to become work-ready and find suitable employment.
About the Role
As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will empower job seekers to identify their skills and secure employment. You will deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers, increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Create and implement joint job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
Requirements
Eligibility to work in Australia is required. A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle are also necessary. Additionally, willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check is expected.
