This role involves building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and maintaining professional boundaries. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of adolescent and child development and the theories relating to trauma and attachment
  • Skills in managing challenging and confronting behaviors in a calm and consistent manner
  • A strong understanding of therapeutic support and crisis intervention
  • Experience in and/or understanding of the child protection system
  • The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture
