**Leasing Professional Wanted**

 

**Job Description:**

As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for managing leasing, licensing, easement and title change requests. This includes shared/joint use agreements and miscellaneous property-related requests.

You will review the Sites Register to identify agreements that have expired or are approaching expiry. You will action renewals and any required agreement terminations.

Additionally, you will manage Electricity easement requests, including for the Cooler Classrooms Program. You will ensure decisions protect the Department's short and longer-term interests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage leasing, licensing, easement and title change requests
  • Review and action renewal of agreements
  • Manage Electricity easement requests
  • Ensure decisions align with Department's interests

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Property or Facilities Management

- Relevant industry experience

- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills
