Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead the successful execution of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, with strong organisational and time-management abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in project planning tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project).

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, supervising team members resourcing and progress, leading project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintaining and overseeing project documentation, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members, managing resource allocation and utilisation, streamlining project processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project)

Working Conditions:
