The Role

As a senior professional in our private tax team, you'll provide expert accounting and taxation services to businesses across various industries. Your strong tax focus will involve advising on accounting and compliance matters, as well as developing strategies for growth, acquisitions, divestments, and succession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored tax advisory services to enhance strategic insight and trust with your clients.
  • Support clients in structuring for expansion and succession, building commercial acumen and strategic influence.
  • Manage tax compliance processes including preparation and review of returns, strengthening technical expertise and attention to detail.
  • Advise on family business succession and wealth transfer, gaining experience in sensitive planning.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions, expanding professional networks and problem-solving capabilities.
  • C coach and mentor junior team members, developing leadership skills contributing to a high-performing culture.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and CA certifications
  • Knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and accounting reporting requirements
  • Proficient understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement preparation, and income tax returns
  • Passion for professional development, keeping up-to-date with changes in tax and accounting legislation and standards
