About the Role

This is a hands-on management position that requires a natural leader who can create a positive customer experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including financial management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all relevant health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a management role within a quick service environment or similar.
  • Infectious positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews.
  • Confident with all other day-to-day running of the venue, including recruiting, training, rostering, OH&S, waste management, ordering, stock control, and financial management.
