Are you looking for a challenging sales role that will allow you to grow professionally and personally? We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative at our organisation.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with customers and exceeding sales targets. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the complete range of our products and services within your assigned retail territory.

  • You will develop and execute regional sales strategies tailored to market conditions, customer needs, and changing product and service offerings.
  • You will build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • You will use CRM tools to proactively manage your pipeline, maintain customer records, and track activity.
  • You will prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and compelling customer quotations using group systems.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams through Commercial Crew meetings and regular reviews to align on regional goals and share insights.
  • You will participate in customer events and support key business activities, including some outside standard business hours.

The ideal candidate will have a natural talent for selling and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You will bring relevant product knowledge and ideally, experience in the automotive or transport industry. You will be commercially savvy and able to balance customer needs with profitability goals. You will be confident managing your time, priorities, and customer relationships independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell the complete range of our products and services within your assigned retail territory.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies tailored to market conditions, customer needs, and changing product and service offerings.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Use CRM tools to proactively manage your pipeline, maintain customer records, and track activity.
