Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer to deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a strong commitment to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
  • Build membership and retain current clientele
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
  • Handle member concerns when applicable
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote the studio

Requirements:

  • Fitness or massage certification required
  • Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training to clients
  • Fantastic communication skills and ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all individuals
  • Ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Sales experience desirable
