Pre-Contracts Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Contracts Coordinator to provide efficient and effective contract tendering support to our Utilities division. This role will be based in Adelaide, SA and will play a vital part in ensuring smooth contract operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing pre-contracts correspondence in collaboration with the Definitions Manager and Leads.
  • Lead the preparation, collation, and presentation of TOC (Target Outturn Cost) submissions to stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and continually improve documentation templates and submission materials to support consistent and professional outputs.
  • Manage and update development registers, submission folders, and document control systems including digital platforms.
  • Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and workshops, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track submission deadlines and proactively follow up with key personnel to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the Definitions Manager with calendar management, reporting, and other administrative or coordination tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Industry experience in building/engineering/infrastructure-related projects (desired)
  • Demonstrated experience in contract and office coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to draft and review emails
