Job OverviewThis role involves carrying out a wide range of tasks across project activities from planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews. Ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements is crucial, as well as meeting quality, production, and environmental project requirements.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multidiscipline work crews, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet project demands. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be essential in driving project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in the Mining industry
- Must be Trade qualified
- Holding a NACE certification is highly advantageous
- Energetic and focused individual with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong working knowledge of workplace health and safety
- Excellent proficiency in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Open Drivers Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia
