Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve the overall customer experience on our online store.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
- Manage and maintain the online store, including product content, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to inform business decisions
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to ensure our online store remains competitive
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
