Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and success of our online store.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve the user experience and drive sales on our eCommerce sites.
- Work closely with our marketing team to create and execute campaigns that meet our business objectives.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our eCommerce sites are aligned with our sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain our eCommerce platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and running smoothly.
- Direct the activities of our copywriters and graphic designers to ensure that our content is engaging and effective.
- Develop and manage our content calendar to ensure that our content is timely and relevant.
- Analyze traffic and sales data to inform our marketing strategies and improve our online store's performance.
- Report on site performance, improvements, and strategies to our leadership team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management or related field.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Salary $90-110K + Super.
- Full-time permanent role, based in our Sydney Olympic Park office with ample opportunities for career development.
