  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a customer focus in all transactions and ensuring timely, effective, and efficient service delivery
  • Handling customer queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and referring problems to the Cash Services Supervisor for resolution
  • Developing knowledge of the complex, amenities, and surrounding attractions and promoting effective communication among staff
  • Participating in pre- and post-shift briefings to ensure smooth transitions and maintain quality service
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities as directed
