Retail Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a retail sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead a national sales team, promoting accountability, agility, and collaboration.
- Drive sales performance through strategic business development.
- Partner with dealers to set annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage pricing approvals, oversee inventory, and ensure optimal stock turnover.
- Champion a Total Solutions approach across the network.
- Monitor financial results, analyse market trends, and implement data-driven action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales operations and process efficiency.
- Represent the company with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
- A proven sales leader with extensive experience at a senior level.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing sales strategy and pricing frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams through change and growth.
- Deep knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and B2B/fleet sales.
- Experience working collaboratively with dealer networks and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
