**Accounts Receivable Specialist Role**

The Accounts Receivable team is responsible for managing and following up on outstanding premium payments. This includes maintaining accurate payment and customer records, ensuring data integrity across internal systems, and working with customers to establish and manage payment plans.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will provide administrative and billing support to your direct manager and work independently through allocated lists and tasks. You will also be responsible for managing cash flow and developing strategies to improve payment collections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and following up on outstanding premium payments
  • Maintaining accurate payment and customer records
  • Ensuring data integrity across internal systems
  • Working with customers to establish and manage payment plans
  • Providing administrative and billing support to the direct manager

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounts receivable and strong communication skills. They will also be able to adapt quickly to new systems and possess reliable, organised, and detail-focused qualities.
