Canteen Operations Manager

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Canteen Operations Manager who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our canteen while maintaining a high level of service quality.

About the Role:

  • Manage the efficient running of the canteen, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
  • Coordinate daily operations, oversee food preparation and counter services, and manage cash handling.
  • Identify stock requirements, place orders with vendors, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Routine cleaning tasks include dusting shelves, wiping down benches, and cleaning equipment.
  • Manage stock levels, coordinate repairs, and ensure the VIP dining area is well-maintained.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and obligations.
