Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Support team as a Client Services Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our vast merchant base.
Key Responsibilities- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Educate customers about our company's products and services, highlighting the benefits and features that meet their needs.
- Troubleshoot any issues regarding terminals and e-commerce enquiries, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
- Guide customers through the EFTPOS activation process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Resolve all complaints through effective communication skills, escalating to team lead when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with various internal teams to identify or create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Record detailed and accurate notes of merchant enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Uphold and contribute to our company's strong risk culture by complying with policies, completing mandatory training, and identifying and managing risks within day-to-day work.
- Previous experience in banking or the financial services industry is highly desirable.
- A passion for customer experience and providing exceptional service is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Ability to identify and manage risk in day-to-day responsibilities is necessary.
- Commitment to comply with company policies and procedures, including completing mandatory training within required time frames.
