As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen, assisting with menu planning and design with the Head Chef, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP principles.
- Prioritize food safety and hygiene in food preparation.
- Enhance your food knowledge and skills continuously.
- Minimize food wastage.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Contribute ideas on menus, rosters, and team issues.
- Audit kitchen stock daily and reorder as needed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations and high service standards.
